Kentucky Shine hails from the banks of the Ohio River in Owensboro, Ky. With a combination of hard driving music and rich mesmerizing harmonies this award winning group has earned their place one of the region's top emerging talents.
Kentucky Shine's high energy show and unique abilities on stage have allowed them multiple opportunities to perform at The Bluegrass Hall of Fame and Museum, and share stages with industry greats such as Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out, Sister Sadie, Ricky Skaggs, and The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Kentucky Shine was also recently honored with a Hollywood Independent Music Award for Bluegrass Song of The Year for their song The Game.
In addition to their other triumphs Kentucky Shine's original music has been featured in a documentary entitled, The Playmaker, set to air next year on PBS. The band has also released multiple CDs and recordings available across all streaming platforms.
Kentucky Shine's members include JB Miller (Guitar), Steven Stewart (Fiddle), Ross Clark (Bass), Jordan Riehm (Banjo), and Jarrid Hollander (Mandolin)
